All-Dielectric Metasurfaces Color Filter Arrays Designed by Evolutionary Search

Compared with traditional dyes, structural color has been studied widely due to several outstanding advantages. When choosing materials, both metal and dielectric materials have great potential, however compared metal, material the characteristics of low cost loss, so widely. At present, design metasurface based on is mostly carried out by manually adjusting parameters. Although good results can achieved this method, but cycle too long method not smart enough, which conducive industrial design. In article, we proposed a combination intelligent algorithms finite domain time solution, designed matesurface successfully that reflect high-quality colors. The reflection peak value RGB colors reached 90%, 82.2%, 45.8% respectively, also accompany narrow FWHM, strong robustness reusability, meanwhile, our work provides novel way for reflective color.
